► Pop-up: Launch Xpoint Verify

Please launch Xpoint Verify to wager. If you need assistance, please visit our installation page.

This pop-up appears when you try to access a gaming operator’s website, but the Xpoint Verify App is not running yet.

Solution:

1. Click the Launch Xpoint Verify button to automatically start the Xpoint Verify App.

2. If the app does not launch automatically, try starting it manually:

• macOS: Open Launchpad or use Spotlight Search (Command + Space) to find and open Xpoint Verify.
• Windows: Press Windows + S or click the Search bar in the taskbar. Type Xpoint Verify and press Enter.
• Android: Find Xpoint Verify in the App Drawer (Home Screen) and tap to open it.
• iOS: Use Spotlight Search to locate and open Xpoint Verify.

3. Ensure the app is running by following this guide: How to make sure Xpoint Verify App is running

4. If you cannot find the Xpoint Verify App on your device, download it from our install page Download Xpoint Verify

Important:

If the Xpoint Verify App is installed and running, but you still see the same pop-up, report this to your gaming operator’s Support Team, as it may indicate an integration issue.
