Mac (macOS)
- Locate the Xpoint Verify icon in the macOS menu bar.
- Click on the icon and select Open Service.
- The Xpoint Verify app will reopen automatically showing current Xpoint connection status.
👉 If the Xpoint Verify icon is not displayed in the macOS menu bar, it means the app is not running.
To manually open Xpoint Verify, search for Xpoint Verify using Launchpad or Spotlight.
Windows
- Locate the Xpoint Verify icon in the Windows Taskbar.
- Click on the icon and select Open Service. The Xpoint Verify app will reopen automatically showing current Xpoint connection status.
Android
1. Check the Android Menu Bar. If you see the Xpoint Verify icon in the Android menu bar, the app is running.
2. Check Notifications:

- Expand the notification section.
- Look for a message indicating that Xpoint Verify is using location for gaming.

- Tap the notification to open the Xpoint Verify app and view the connection status.
iPhone / iPad (iOS / iPadOS)
- Swipe up from the bottom (or double-click the Home button on older iPhones).
- You'll see a carousel of running or recently used apps.
- Tap the Xpoint Verify app to open it and view the connection status.
