Error 5010 indicates a session timeout. A session timeout occurs when there is no interaction between the user's device and the server for a certain period. This can happen for various reasons, such as:
- The device goes to sleep.
- The device loses network connection.
- The user stops interacting with the application.
How Do We Determine User Inactivity?
Since the first location check is performed, the Xpoint SDK automatically triggers periodic Interval Checks based on a calculated interval duration.
The gaming operator sends check status requests during specific actions, such as:
- Bet placement
- Game launch
- Money deposit
- Money withdrawal
If no "check status" request is received from the operator for more than the set timeout (currently 20 minutes), the session is considered inactive. In this case, the system will typically end the session with a 5010 error.
👉 The 5010 error might also occur after shorter periods of inactivity if the device was inactive during the Interval Check, causing the signal from the player to be missed.
Solution:
- Try to establish a new Xpoint session. This varies by gaming operator, but usually happens when:
- The user logs in again
- The user starts a new game or places a new bet
- The user clicks on a Retry or Recheck button (if displayed by the operator)
Important:
If you experience 5010 errors too frequently or much earlier than 20 minutes of inactivity, and it significantly impacts your user experience, please contact the gaming operator's support team.
